Cat Thanks Owner for Petting Her By Viciously Attacking Arm
DENVER - Adorable and fluffy calico cat “Big Trixie” kindly thanked her owner for a pleasurable ten minute petting session by viciously scratching and biting his arm.
“I love Trixie girl and try to show her affection frequently, even though I know how it’s going to end,” said Trixie’s owner Jerry Mulholland. “Petting a cat is basically like defusing a bomb, except the bomb always explodes in your face, and then several hours later the bomb wakes you up for food at 3 in the morning.”
Like many cats, Trixie is known for transforming without warning from a purring ball of cuddly squish to a terrifying banshee, hellbent on destroying the hand that feeds.
Trixie, however, sees no other options on how to communicate to her owner that she wishes to no longer be pet.
“If you can think of a better way to indicate to my beloved owner that ‘I appreciate his company and affection but am now ready for him to stop,’ I’d sure like to hear it,” said Trixie in between licks of her own fur. “Until then, I'll stick with what I know works.”
As of press time, Trixie is planning on scratching up fellow pet Bruiser the golden retriever’s snout in order to demonstrate that she’s done napping on top of the dog.
