Yelp.Com Disappointingly Misleading
NEW YORK - Alex, a neighborhood dog, has confirmed Yelp.Com is not what it sounds like, and thus disappointingly misleading.
“Seemed like it should have been my thing,” Alex elaborated. “It’s like it was calling to me. But then when I went to the site, it was just humans complaining about food. It had nothing to do with yelping or barking or yipping or arfing… and that’s just mean!”
Puppers, a neighborhood pug and friend of Alex’s, noted the odd connection the site had to canines however.
“I’m not sure why, but we got referenced quite a bit,” he began. “But like, not in a nice way. The humans would complain about food, then compare it to the food we eat. But why are they complaining if it’s similar to our food? Our food is delicious. I don’t understand. The humans are weird. Have you seen some of the other stuff on that Internet? It’s weird stuff dawg.”
Sara, Alex’s owner, was not surprised at all by the disappointment Alex faced.
“He did the same thing when we watched Top Gun,” she stated. “It’s described as being about ‘dog fights’, but, like, obviously not that kind of dog fight. Sometimes these dogs are so weird.”
Though disappointed, Alex did make sure to leave some negative reviews of “The Red Cat” and “Fat Black Cat.”
