Angels Camp Police Department’s Labrador retriever Turner proved once again last Friday that he can sniff out drugs faster than most dogs in the Western United States. Turner and his handler, Interim Police Chief Todd Fordahl, took first place in a three-part canine narcotics competition sanctioned by the Western States Police Canine Association.
